At 65ft x 22ft and the largest lodge on site, Magnolia was designed to accommodate two families in genuine comfort and includes other key features for groups enjoying a relaxing holiday in a secluded rural environment.

Leading off the passageway is a large, bright and airy end living area with space for a 7’ snooker table and a kitchen corner which has space for a fridge and microwave.  The living area benefits from 3 velux style roof windows, 2 standard windows and double patio doors leading out onto the veranda.

Access to the kitchen is off the spacious centre living area and comprises of separate washer and dryer, cooker, fridge, freezer, fitted storage cupboards.  The centre living area has an electric fire and leads through to a study/bedroom and cloakroom and on to a passage way giving access to a bathroom, single bedroom and double bedroom.  Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and TV aerial points.  

At one end of the lodge is a large double bedroom which is wheelchair friendly, with access to a walk-in wardrobe and large wet room with shower, WC and wash basin.  Throughout the lodge the doors are extra wide to allow full wheelchair access. 

External access to the property is via level tarmac paths to either the kitchen or central living area, access to the veranda is via double patio doors from the end living area and all are wheelchair friendly.
