Introduction
The marina offers moorings and associated services as well as lodges, boat trips, shops, eateries and more. The marina is a 74 acre site with tarmac roadways and a 10mph speed limit. Most parking areas are stone/gravel and the majority of the park is flat and most buildings single storey.

Pre-Arrival
Information is provided and readily available on our website, tenants’ websites, by post or via telephone for any potential visitors.

Arrival and Car Park Facilities
Mercia Marina’s office/reception is the very first building on the left as you turn in off the main road. The entrance to the marina is sign-posted. Car parking is provided free of charge and disabled parking is available. Throughout the park there are speed bumps, highlighted with white markings.

Public areas
Public areas consist of parking, a footbridge, paths, grassed areas and some pontoons. There is also public toilets with disabled facilities within and baby changing facilities. The marina office public area offers disabled access. No visitors can be in the office unless a member of staff is present.

Lodges
Every Lodge is unique and some are disabled friendly and some not. In addition, those that are disabled friendly are so to different degrees. Please check under each lodge or call us for further guidance.

Trip Boat
The Mercia Swan trip boat can only offer limited disabled access. Please enquire in advance on 07398821650 or email merciaswan@hotmail.com.

Boardwalk Bar & Dining
The two-storey Boardwalk Bar & Dining offers ground floor disabled facilities and will serve the same food and drinks on the ground floor as on the first floor to customers unable to use the stairs to go to the first floor. There is no lift.
