Newly built and furnished in November 2021, Erica Lodge is located in the secluded Water View area, western side of the marina. The nautical/boating themed property consists of an open planned, spacious lounge and kitchen with sleeping accommodations consisting: 

• King bedroom with ensuite shower room
• 2 twin bedrooms
• A sumptuous common bathroom

The property will comfortably host 6 guests and up to 2 “fur babies”.

The kitchen contains all the mod-cons required for your self-catering needs and right next to the kitchen is the 6 seater dining table looking out to the veranda. Or you may choose to dine outdoors on the veranda with its own dining table and chairs when the weather suits.

Back in the lounge, there are 2 full sized; 3 seater sofas, electric heater stove, coffee table and sideboard. For your entertainment needs, the lounge provides:

• 43” Smart TV which supports all the popular streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Apple TV etc. Just sign in with your own subscription details)
