Below is important information to share about how holidays have changed to keep you safe during your stay with us

• All Housekeeping staff have been trained in Covid-19 deep cleaning to help keep you as safe as possible. Anti-viral disinfectants are used throughout and laundry is washed at high temperatures. 
• At the end of your stay, please strip your beds and place bedlinen, towels, tea towels and other used linen in the bags provided for us to take to the commercial laundry.
• To allow extra time for additional cleaning during changeover check-in time is now from 4.00pm to 5:30pm (late check ins are fine. Please contact us).
• Please report any damage, shortcomings and maintenance issues on 01283 703332. For your safety, minor and non-essential maintenance will not be carried out until after check out. Essential maintenance will be carried as appropriate and staff will have fresh gloves and face covering.

• Following Government guidelines to report and manage any potential or confirmed infection cases we need anyone staying in the lodges to report to us if they are suffering Covid-19 symptoms. Similarly, we will keep contact details for 21 days as per the guidance. In addition visitors are to scan the QR code when you arrive at your lodge, using the NHS COVID-19 app. This is to help trace and stop the spread of coronavirus
• Safe check-in: Screens up in the reception as well as markings and reminder signs to help customers social distance. Keys are limited to one and sanitised. Use of key safes for contactless check-ins as required.
• Safer check-out: New ways to check you out, by providing a key safe for your keys on check-out. Simply lock the lodge, place the key in the key safe and then enjoy a safe journey home.
• Appropriate queuing, signage, one-way systems, floor markings in place for open facilities, shops and eateries.
