Aspen Lodge is brand new to Mercia Marina and boasts an exceptional location with lakeside views and a stunning pontoon directly out to the lake. Once you park your car and enter the lodge you will be greeted by an open plan living, dining, kitchen area with large glass patio doors and windows to make the most of the stunning uninterrupted views. The kitchen has an island perfect to gather around with your morning coffee to discuss the plans for the day ahead. The Lodge has three well-appointed bedrooms one with an en-suite and a fabulous family bathroom with freestanding bath. Individually styled and designed Aspen Lodge has a calming tranquil feel inside and outside.

With 3 French Doors opening out onto the exceptionally generous deck guests can enjoy the sun from dawn to dusk while appreciating an uninterrupted view of the ornamental lake. The Lodge is set conveniently close to the large dog walking area and newly created childrens’ play area.

Newly built and furnished in November 2021, Erica Lodge is located in the secluded Water View area, western side of the marina. The nautical/boating themed property consists of an open planned, spacious lounge and kitchen sleeping 6 guests and up to 2 “fur babies” in genuine comfort.

Lavender Lodge is located on Water View comprising of 8 Luxury Lodges, in a quiet private gated area of Mercia Marina’s award winning conservation park. Lavender boasts a large corner tree lined private position, enjoying the sun all day and into the early evening.

Laburnum Lodge is located in a quiet area of the original Marina development, nestled amongst mature and immaculately manicured planting. Basque in the sunshine all day from Laburnum's huge south-facing wrap-around deck. Laburnum has the largest of the lodge layouts available at the Marina and offers the option of double or twin sleeping arrangements in the 2nd bedroom.
Family friendly luxury lodge, full of character and situated on Marina View North. Laurel has a spacious open plan lounge with large central patio doors that boasts a view over the marina. An ideal lodge for get togethers, which easily sleeps up to six guests with two double bedrooms and a twin room.
Chestnut Lodge is a beautiful 3 bedroom lodge that offers Luxury, style, space and comfort.
This spacious lodge is furnished with modern contemporary furniture and tasteful features to make your self catering holiday experience more special.Comfortably sleeping 6 guests with 2 double bedrooms and a twin room, there is a luxury ensuite bath and shower to the master bedroom as well as a wet room shared by 2 bedrooms.
All doorways are extra wide to allow wheelchair access.

Acacia lodge is situated on the Meadow overlooking the marina waters with a full sized double veranda facing South and West to ensure both day and evening sun.
The interior is furnished with oak and leather furniture and has 3 bedrooms with three single beds and a double bedroom that has access to its own large shower and en-suite facilities and with a baby travel cot.
The lodge is approached by a tarmac footpath with a slight incline thereby removing the need for any steps to access the Lodge or veranda.
